Rocky Dawuni To Represent Ghana At Bob Marley’s 75th Birthday Anniversary Concert In Israel
Today marks the 75th birthday anniversary of the globally recognized music icon and a revolutionist who has passed on over three decades but his name remains a household-name, Robert Nesta Marley. The whole world is celebrating him today for his revolutionary style and ability to create music that talked about the oppression of the white people on Africans.
Ghanaian Grammy nominated Raggae musician, Rocky Dawuni will be representing arguably one of the Raggae loving countries in the world,Ghana at the commemorative concert which is scheduled to place today February 7, at Tel Aviv,a city on Israel’s Mediterranean coast.
This historic concert will be hosted by the crown prince of Ethiopia, Prince Ermias Sahel Selassie,grandson of His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie. The concert has the main objective of celebrating the rise of positive music on the holy grounds, Israel.
